As mandated by the OAA, the Long-Term Care Ombudsman Program is proud to advocate for residents in long-term care facilities—working every day to resolve concerns, uphold their rights, and enhance their quality of life and care.

As we mark this milestone, we celebrate its reintroduction and recommit to ensuring that every older adult is treated with respect, compassion, and dignity.
